Five mothers talk about their experience of using TRE during and after pregnancy. They speak of the diversity of their experiences to try to capture the variety of viewpoints and insights. TRE is natural – it’s your body’s own involuntary healing movements so the earlier a woman reconnects to it (starts a consistent TRE practice) the better her experience of pregnancy and childbirth. And it’s okay to start during pregnancy with awareness, choice and support if needed.
