“I highly recommend T.R.E. workshops with TRE Scotland. I’ve learned so much in Module 1 and Module 2, it was way beyond my expectations- an extraordinary experience! T.R.E. is a life changing adventure to me and the course was a natural next step. It is very well structured, allows the person to learn gradually, in the process. It is practical and fun. I’ve connected with so many amazing people and most importantly, gained the tools and resources to connect deeper with myself and improve quality of my life on every level. Thank you!”
“I went all the way to Scotland cause I felt Vicki was a special trainer. She’s supportive, attentive and adapts to the very individual specificities of each trainee and their experience of the practice while making them feeling part of a community.”
This Module 1 is OPEN TO ALL (unless serious mental or physical health) and may attended by anyone wishing to learn TRE® for personal use and to add to your professional toolbox by doing the Certification. It is recommended, but not necessary, to have learned TRE already. If you haven’t you can learn via the official video or an online session.
The training is with the experienced TRE Scotland team
Module 1 includes:
Introduction to TRE®
Learning to shake or going deeper (2 sessions a day)
Neurology and Physiology of Trauma and Stress
Befriending your nervous system – Polyvagal theory
Containment and Self Regulation
Reflection and sharing
“Vicki is not just a good teacher she is a great teacher, and I felt completely held and supported throughout the workshop. She has ‘walked the walk’ and her wisdom, compassion and insight has helped me to re-connect with my body and find love and respect for my whole self that I never imagined possible. Module 1 provided a solid foundation of learning and practice for integrating TRE into my daily life, and coupled with on-going sessions with Vicki and fellow TRE practitioners has been an integral part of my journey away from the devastating symptoms of trauma (addiction and mental and physical health issues including Fibromyalgia) into a much happier, healthier and more balanced life. Thank you, thank you, thank you Vicki and the whole team for everything you do! “
