Jonas is a father for the first time. He decided to activate the neurogenic tremor response in TRE® as a way to develop a personal attachment with his baby daughter. This tremor response in TRE ®uses the nervous system to gently move the body into a state of relaxation. Because of the delicate nature of an infant’s nervous system, it is highly regulated towards it’s parents nervous system. Since his daughter’s nervous system was already regulated to her mother Maria during the 9 months of pregnancy, Jonas wanted his daughter’s nervous system to develop an attachment to his nervous system as well.
