Connecting, reconnecting and deepening connection with self, others and nature is the gift TRE has been and continues to be in my life.

I am a performance artist and trained dramatherapist – since qualifying in 2016 I have worked within the NHS with adult mental health, provided group therapy for mental health in the community and worked as an associate trauma therapist supporting children and families experiencing complex trauma. Alongside creative therapy, I also work as a voice trainer and coach performance skills offering support to all professional voice users, including management of nerves, overcoming self-consciousness and being comfortable under the spotlight to communicate with confidence.

As well as enhancing all aspects of my personal development TRE fully complements my work focused on trauma recovery, growth and freedom of expression. I have learnt directly how regulating the nervous system and reattuning to the body can transform fundamental negative beliefs rooted in the past, and facilitate more presence, relaxation and joy.
