I was unsure of what exactly to expect with SSP but Mandy made me feel really safe and comfortable straight away. Her grounded presence helped me so much when the SSP started moving my default nervous system activation out of my usual mode of fear based responses, into an entirely new way of being. This change was quite challenging but Mandy provided the reassurance that I needed to move to feeling safe and confident, a fundamental shift. She created trust and empowerment, and although this was delivered online, I had the feeling she was really there for me, and present for me. Whenever I needed to check in between sessions , she always replied with words that made me cared for in this process. Highly, highly recommended!

“I have a regular practice of yoga, meditation and TRE that for many years supported me in returning to the ventral vagal state of peace, groundedness and enjoying connecting with others. However, over the last few months I began to find that they were no longer getting me to that happy place. I was feeling anxious, overwhelmed and wanted to hide away.

I found that I often wanted to shake and allow my body to move whilst listening, as well as when I was lying down after listening.
